Born and raised in Springfield, MO, Elisabeth loves the small-town vibe and new opportunities her up-and-coming hometown offers. When she’s not hitting the books at Evangel University or working in healthcare, you can find her cycling, doing yoga, or perfecting her barre moves.

Elisabeth is married and has the sweetest baby girl, who keeps her on her toes when she’s not whipping up something delicious in the kitchen or diving into a new book. She is a Springfield enthusiast through and through, loving the local coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants that give the city its unique vibe.

Fun fact: Elisabeth took on an exciting adventure when she spent a year in Kansas City for grad school. She might be back in Springfield now, but a little piece of KC still holds a special place in her heart!
