This girl found her heart in Denver, but her roots are in the Midwest. Cat grew up in the small town of Brainerd, Minnesota. Passionate about all things creative, Cat pursued a degree in Fine Arts at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. In 2007, her free spirit was seeking adventure, so she packed her car & headed towards the Rocky Mountain air. Cat has spent the last 15 years pursuing projects that allow her creativity to flourish. Her professional titles range from freelance photographer to CEO of Johnnie Milan.
Cat loves spending her free time traveling, listening to live music, boating, surfing, working out, dancing, or spending quality time with her two children, friends, and family. Not to mention her silly Australian Labradoodle, Forrest. Her favorite things about Denver are the diversity & the culture. She loves the fact that you can ski and sunbathe within a 48-hour period, as well as Denver’s affinity to rally around & supports local businesses. From mountain life to city life, there’s something for everyone on any given day of the week.
Cat took her affection for fashion, a knack for styling friends, and fascination with the world of online selling & started her first e-commerce site in March of 2021. Johnnie Milan is a women’s clothing boutique where you can find on-trend styles, new-to-market brands & unique essentials that keep your closet fresh! Cat’s spirit animal is a manatee because of their generosity, compassion, curiosity, peace & trust. Just like a Manatee, Cat can thrive in both freshwater & saltwater.

Fun Fact: Cat attended her first Red Rocks concert with her best friend from 8th grade (Meagan) in 2014. They listened to John Legend‘s dreamy voice in the pouring rain, wearing ponchos, sharing one broken umbrella & enjoying every minute of it! She's been to countless concerts since!
