Originally from Georgia, Katie moved to Florida 13 years ago. She got married in February of 2023, and she and her husband have been together for 8 years. They share a Maltipoo named Wilson and a kitty named Eleanor!

Outside of work and family, Katie enjoys hobbies like shopping, home renovations, and hosting dinner parties. She loves redoing her house, whether it's changing furniture or tackling a full renovation project. Her favorite thing about Tampa? Living just 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the city, Katie appreciates the balance of having access to both natural beauty and vibrant community life.

She is proud of her town, where families with deep roots and small businesses collaborate and support one another. With some of the top-ranked beaches in the South—and even recognized as some of the best in the world—Katie enjoys meeting new people, especially the millions of tourists who visit each year.
