NIC ARANDA

NIC ARANDA
Originally from Santa Fe, NM, Nic is now a long-time resident of Colorado. She prides herself on being from both locations as it truly defines who she is as a person. With desert sand in her blood and mountain air in her every breath, Nic is the warmth of the Santa Fe sun mixed with the cool runoff flow of the Colorado rivers. As you get to know her, these traits will come to life in many different forms. Nic wears many hats, figuratively and literally. Her professional titles range from LINK x LOU® jewelry provider to digital marketing specialist, Femden owner and manager, and co-owner of Feminine Collective. Comparatively, her hat game knows no bounds. Nic considers herself the OG hat queen since 1984, long before the trend kicked in. Each hat she owns has its own unique story. When she’s not creating art or upping her hat collection, Nic spends her time outdoors snowboarding, camping, and traveling. Nic’s spirit animal is a crow because it represents incredible intelligence, awareness, and deep-rooted connections to magic.

Why LINK x LOU®? Nic chose LINK x LOU® because of her love affair with gold. She understands the importance of customizing each piece of jewelry to the fit, style, and size of someone’s liking. With long, artistically designed nails, Nic knows better than most that putting on jewelry can be a chore and Link’s clasp-free chains solve that. Above all, Nic believes in the vision and power the LINK x LOU® team provides. Working closely with amazing clients and fellow linkers has set her soul on fire!

Fun fact: Nic’s current passion project is Pretty Dead Things; individual art pieces constructed of bulk skulls and preserved florals. Her pieces can be seen and purchased throughout Steamboat and she also takes custom orders.
