Anna is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, where she has been a part of the fitness community for more than 10 years. She is the proud owner of a Pure Barre studio & a certified health coach. Anna loves helping others & sharing the beauty of life with the people around her. She & her amazing partner have 2 dogs that they often take on their outdoor adventures, as well as a Bengal cat named Tiki that can hike off-leash with the pups!

Anna’s favorite hobbies include camping, hiking, lifting weights, & cooking, but her passion project is empowering women to heal & gain confidence in themselves. Her mission is to help others live a life full of love, grace & joy through her health coaching business. She is often told that she reminds people of a golden retriever, but she identifies more with a bear as her spirit animal. To Anna, bears represent strength, confidence & healing.
