Lindsey is originally from Ohio, but spent most of her childhood between Michigan and Maryland before eventually making her way to Denver, which she now proudly calls home. While she’s always had a deep appreciation for her Midwest roots and time spent on the East Coast, Colorado has been the place that truly fits her lifestyle and energy. She loves that there is always something to do in Denver, from new restaurants and fitness studios to easy access to the mountains in every season. Over time, the city has become more than just where she lives — it’s where she has built her life, her routines, and many of her favorite memories.

Outside of LINK x LOU, Lindsey enjoys exploring Colorado with her husband, trying new restaurants, planning their next trip, and spending as much time in the mountains as possible. She also loves cooking, baking, working out, and being with family and friends, and is excited to soon welcome a new puppy into their home. At her core, she is someone who loves learning new things, continuing to grow, and creating meaningful experiences with the people around her.

One of Lindsey’s favorite things about Denver is the balance it offers — the energy of the city paired with quick access to nature and mountain getaways. It’s a place that constantly gives her new experiences and inspiration, whether through food, fitness, travel, or everyday life.

Lindsey’s spirit animal is an English Yellow Lab — blonde, loyal, social, and always happiest surrounded by her people. To her, it reflects the way she shows up in life: grounded in connection, loyalty, and presence with the people she loves most.
